Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Larger items such as Saunas and Ice-Baths are not eligible for change of mind returns (unless the item is pre-ordered and not currently dispatched.)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Returns/Refunds Policy
Returns and refunds will be carried out in accordance with Australian Consumer Law as determined by information from the ACCC (https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers).

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned with all accessories that came with the product and please return your item in the original packaging where possible.

Returned items that have been assessed to have a minor manufacturing fault will be repaired or replaced at our discretion and will not be subject to any fees.

Products which have been assessed to have a major manufacturing fault may be eligible for a refund, and will be subject to the assessment and approval of HiW Pty Ltd.

To aid us in diagnosing a fault or assisting you with the issue, we may request video evidence of the claimed fault before we initiate the returns process

Any products returned which are claimed to be faulty but are assessed as fully functional will incur a re-dispatch fee to cover return postage.

Any item which has been physically damaged due to user error, neglect, accidental damage, is internally and externally modified/altered, improperly maintained/serviced, or is used in a way not in accordance with the manufacturers intended use will void the item's eligibility for a return and warranty claim

In the instance of change of mind returns, the buyer will be liable for return shipping costs. If the return is related to assessment of a fault within the product's warranty period, Health is Wealth will cover return shipping costs and provide a return shipping label to our site for assessment.

Refunds/Store-credits (When Applicable)
Please shop with the intention to own as we do not accept change of mind refunds on oversized items such as Saunas, Ice/Heating Baths, HBOT etc. If you are unsure if this applies to you, please contact us via phone or email.

All refund and store credit decisions will be assessed and require approval by HiW Pty Ltd. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you do not comply or are not within the guidelines of our Return/Refund Policy. Refunds and Store Credits will not be issued until the goods are received by us, or in some instances assessed by an onsite technician, and have been assessed with a valid fault

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 3-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@healthiswealthaus.com.
